In the REI industry, too often new investors move too quickly on properties that end up costing them significant amounts of money. This often results on them getting a bad taste in their mouth about investing and many drop out before they start making money. Our proven system helps new investors get to their first profitable deal as quickly as possible. We also offer wholesaling services in which we match the investor who finds a property with a buyer who would like to handle the rehab and resell portion of the deal. We provide 100% financing to purchase a property on deals where the total acquisition costs fall within 70% of the after repair value (ARV). We also do not require any monthly payments for the initial 5-month term of the loan. Our application process is simple and we can generally close loans within 10 business days. We are really one of the last true hard money lenders, lending solely on the value of the property rather than the strength of the borrower.
