inside-sales-managerThe Inside Sales Manager is a key position on our company that is responsible for the day to day operations of our Sales Department.

As a proactive and organized manager, you will be expected to develop direct reports and assist agents in achieving their personal goals and key performance indicators Responsibilities The job duties listed below are not all inclusive of what the Inside Sales Manager may be responsible for; other duties may be assigned to assist with achieving certain goals, expectations and to support business needs. Business Development Analyze Performance Data and Develop Strategies Based on Facts, Metrics and Numbers.

Fine tune and get the most out of our current sales funnels while always seeking new ways to offer our products and solutions to the end client. Operations

  • Answer Incoming Customer Support/Sales Calls
  • Make Outbound Calls to Qualified Leads
  • Follow up with Potential Customers ? Including Returning Voice Mails Daily
  • Address Customer Support Issues via Phone, Email and Chat
  • Send Purchased LOIs/Evaluations to the Loan Department
  • Update and Enter Customer Data in our CRM?(Infusionsoft)
  • Follow Pre-established Sales Scripts
  • Follow-up with Customers to Receive Signed LOIs
  • Address any BBB complaints related to educational products and Evaluation/LOIs
  • Oversee the support of Customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
  • Serve as the administrator for 3C Logic Dialer System

Communication

  • Communicate regularly with all direct reports on aspects of your departmental functions and?strategic goals.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be open to new ideas and willing to communicate?concerns in a positive and friendly manner without becoming defensive
  • Express concerns in private as not to feed negativity
  • Provide both positive and negative feedback to employees (Remember not to give negative feedback in public)
  • Document severe personnel problems and consult HR as needed

Staff Management

  • Make sure that every employee has a detailed job description and expectations of his/her performance
  • Train employees on company history, policies and procedures
  • Ensure all employees maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with visitors, fellow employees, vendors, etc
  • Provide direction and support to employees
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and set expectations for all employees in your department
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching & mentoring focused on performance improvement
  • Oversee day to day operations of the Sales Department
  • Conduct Monthly one on ones with every individual in the Sales Department
  • Motivate Employees to be their best
  • Complete Onboarding process for each new person in the Sales Department
  • Be The DREAM MANAGER for the Sales Department
  • Assist in the hiring?process for the Sales Department
  • Conduct Daily and Weekly Department Meetings

Leadership

  • Use people skills (including cultural diversity experience and street smarts) to build trust with all members of your department
  • Empower employees to achieve specific and achievable goals
  • Lead by example and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
  • Coach employees in problem-solving techniques
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks within the Sales Department

Organization

  • Ensure all proper system and processes are in place so employees can achieve their goals
  • Identify key projects to achieve strategic and annual goals and facilitate the prioritizing of projects with members of your team.
