You will be working directly with prospective borrowers to help prequalify them for funding. You will be taking?inbound calls and making outbound calls to our database of customers. No Cold Calling. This is an entry-level position with upward potential. Responsibilities
- Prequalify customers
- Schedule Consultations for our Funding Strategists
- Educate online payday loans the customer on the funding process
- Take Inbound Calls
- Make Outbound payday loans with no checking account Calls
Qualifications
- 1-2 years related contact center, customer relationship experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with passionate customer service aptitude
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 wpm)
- Proficiency navigating the Internet and use of a Windows-based PC
- Ability to handle multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
- Enjoy?working?in a fast-paced and goal-oriented?environment
