The System Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that the organization’s work flow and lines of communication remain open. Upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems is an imperative function of the position.

Role Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for management of the following:
- Onboarding and offboarding of team members
- Onsite domain controller
- Facilities security system hardware
- Desktop OS/Software support for all employees
- Laptops/desktops for all employees
- All onsite printers
- All onsite dashboards/displays
- Onsite and remote file storage
- Email servers
- Onsite Windows server
- Route all technology requests
- Network and email security
- Telecom contracts and service
- VOIP phone system (softphones only)
- All hardware/equipment inventory, purchasing, and maintenance
- All onsite audio-video equipment
Additionally, the Systems Administrator will assist with various software, system configurations, updates, maintenance, data gathering, and troubleshooting of all software, systems, and process bugs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years previous experience
- BS Computer Information Systems or related field
